Information On Your Visit To Us During Covid-19
Book NowWe are open for face-to-face care although we are limited by government restrictions as to what NHS treatment we can do.
We are happy to carry out routine check-ups to make sure you are maintaining good oral health or if you are having problems please contact us to arrange an appointment.
You will see some changes when you visit us, below are some of the measures we have in place to keep yourself and our staff safe, if you are in any way concerned about coming to the practice or have any queries regarding your visit please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Pre-Appointment
We may send you a text message with a link to your patient portal which will allow you to fill out your medical questionnaire before you attend.
We will phone the day before your appointment to ask some COVID screening questions, these will also be asked by the dentist at your appointment.
Please use the bathroom before you attend as we are unable to allow access to ours.
Arrival Procedure
To limit the number of people entering the practice please attend alone unless absolutely necessary.
Please only bring essential items with you.
Our door is kept locked and you will be asked to wait on the stairwell until a member of staff opens the door at your appointment time, so please do not arrive early or late. Please wear a mask, if able, while on the stairwell and on entry to the practice.
Please keep a distance of 2 metres until you enter the surgery.
Hand Hygiene
You will be asked to use some hand sanitiser upon entering the practice.
Our practice has always followed strict infection control guidelines, these have been enhanced and we are now performing deeper more frequent cleaning throughout the whole practice.
